There is a trend on political satire and political humour where "not taking sides" or "laughing at everything" is considered apolitical, when it is actually taking the conservative side. I also think that whenever something looks ambiguous you must think the worst of it and then you will be right.<br /><br />"Floor 13" is way more subtle as a satire than other games sold as satire (like Postal 2) but still it works as a power fantasy about being able to oppress. I already have problems with the inherent politics of 4x games and economic strategic games (all of them so close to certain political ideologies), but in this case I cannot even handle the cheeky cynicism. I need political satire to have a moral compass (and the British political series usually do - as happened with House of Cards or A Very British Coup) and not being a laissez faire feast.
