LEGEND OF ZELDA BS: COMPLETE

https://collectionchamber.blogspot.com/p/legend-of-zelda-third-quest.html  https://collectionchamber.blogspot.com/p/legend-of-zelda-fourth-quest.html  https://collectionchamber.blogspot.com/p/legend-of-zelda-ancient-stone-tablets.html

Long-term readers of this site know I reviewed the Broadcast Satellite Zelda games a few years ago as part of a collection. Since then, these Nintendo oddities have recently been given the full BS treatment by fans. You can now play the games as intended, with voice acting, CD quality music and time limit all translated into English. It is the most authentic experience of these lost classics since they were originally broadcast for the Japanese market.

There's so much to say that not only does it deserve a revisit, but a complete re-write of the reviews. With all this extra content, the once small SNES roms have becoms quite large, so I've split the collection up into their separate games. Their reviews are much more comprehensive than the couple of paragraphs originally given to them. If you don't care about the bells and whistles, the original installer - and ancient review - will still be available along with its much smaller install size.

  1. Can you make Win10 playable versions for the old Disney Learning CDs? They are shared by archive.org, so I'm guessing that technically, they're abandonware. I'm referring to: 1) Disney's Math Quest with Aladdin https://archive.org/details/DISNEY_MATHQUEST_ALADDIN 2) Reading Quest With Aladdin https://archive.org/details/ReadingQuestWithAladdin 3) Ready For Math With Pooh https://archive.org/details/ReadyForMathWithPooh 4) Ready To Read With Pooh https://archive.org/details/ReadyToReadWithPooh

    1. Hello Anurag,

There's always room for Disney edutainment titles here. I'm aware of these games but not attempted to get them working yet. The next Disney triple will probably be more Activity Centres but I'm sure I'll get to these eventually.

    2. Thanks!

The Activity Center games released in 2000 and later (i.e. from Winnie the Pooh) in the above list work well on Win10 x86/x64
