This bizarrely unique hybrid between an Adventure game and a Visual Novel is fascinating me since I first heard of it back in 1995 and nowadays belongs to those timeless (horror) classics whose style-consciously morbid aura ensures neat shivers down the connoisseur's spine of the cultivated macabre time and again without being overly explicit in its audiovisual presentation. It is indeed a sophisticatedly creepy mid-1990s multimedia gaming experience that stays with you and your mind for a while and won't fail to have its desired eerie effect even after multiple renewed visits, just as Biff implied with his statement above. Which then again could be an indication of a true evergreen in the eyes of human (night) creatures with an affinity to interactive media who aren't afraid of the cloak of darkness under whose shadowy cover they seek for the spooky thrills it might hold. :-)
