CHRISTMAS COUNTDOWN - DAY 11

It's Christmas Eve! Let's get a little medieval with the classic high-fantasy adventure Heretic II (1998 Raven Software Corporation & id Software). For annoying legal reason, it's not available to buy anywhere being the only game in the Heretic/Hexen series to be stranded like this. Well, stranded no more for arguably the best of the lot is here, just in time for the big day. Enjoy!

Click on the images below to head on over to the game page.

  1. Good to see this, it's one of Raven Software's games that will likely never see a true GOG or Steam re-release similar in vein to the 2009 Wolfenstein game due to the rights/myriad of other things being in muddled waters to this day.

    1. Man. This games on GOG are cheaper like any other time.
      Without Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K..

And all games is without DRM.
And dont need any other app to install.

  6. Joining the chorus, what a great release, perfect for the collection chamber. It completes the rest of my heretic/hexen collection on GOG. Now to find and get working the only missing one, the Hexen 2 expansion Portal of Praevus :)

After that I click three times of errors about this and a file _inmm.dll.

The game works fine -everything is good - without one:
      No music.

PS> Maybe Biffman look at this problem.

      Thx Greg

    3. inmm is the reason why you're not getting music. Read the ChamberNotes.txt from the install folder for info
